Our Story

Proprietor Brian Moore first gained his vast knowledge of trending technology, by working in the service department of a local electronics gadget importer in the late 1970s. This evolved to the repair of leading edge consumer electronic audio and visual products in the 1980s booming video age.

With the advent of the mobile phone explosion in the UK in the early 1990s Astraphone Communications were formed. Supplying the very latest home cordless telephones, cellular car phone, transportable and hand portable telephones. Becoming an official agent of the country's first service providers BT Cellnet, Vodafone, Orange & one2one.

During this time as the personal home computer became more affordable to private users, this resulted in the commencement of BCM Computer Services to bring cost effective and reliable support for the thousands of local users. Initially for licenced Microsoft Windows OS systems, through to now specialising also in Apple macOS.
